Have you ever noticed a black color on your tongue? You may have even noticed furriness along with a black or dark grey color. Whether it shows up as a dark strip or patch, black tongue is a sign that someone has toxic heavy metals deep in the organs surfacing, especially mercury and neurotoxins created by viruses like Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) feeding on metals and then releasing these neurotoxins. Someone who experiences black tongue will have metals mostly in their liver, versus mostly in other parts of the body. This is one of the reasons why one person with toxic heavy metals will get black tongue while another person with toxic heavy metals won’t experience this symptom. If you’re proactive in cleansing, metals and viral toxins surfacing is a positive sign. If you’re not proactive on any level, your body is showing that you have an overload of metals such as mercury or metal-related viral toxins overflowing and causing a spill that reaches the tongue and causes discoloration.
