Using Vinegar for Dry Itchy Skin

www.mibaso.org
Hi, I’m Dr. Ahuva Gamliel, a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist. We are here at Mibaso in sunny Miami Beach, Florida, and today our topic is how to use vinegar for dry itchy skin. Well vinegar is an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic, both internally as well as topically. Even though it has an acidic pH of four and a half to five, it has an anti-inflammatory effect on the body. So I’m going to demonstrate with apple cider vinegar. And the best apple cider vinegar to buy is one that still has the mother with it. So it is unpasteurized, unfiltered. And the way that you know if it’s good is it should have some segments on the bottom. Some, some stuff on the bottom. And you can see the sediments on the bottom. So this is a good vinegar. And it’s very simple, you could just use a cotton ball and apply it directly onto the skin. And it doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t sting. It does have a little bit of a vinegar odor. But you can wash it off after. So that’s it it’s really simple. You can use apple cider vinegar for health reasons internally. Again anti-inflammatory and antiseptic. It’s good for digestion and many other health conditions. So again I’m Dr. Ahuva Gamliel, thanks for watching. Bye bye.
