hi friends today I’ll be sharing a home
remedy for chilblains.Chilblains are painful inflammation of
small blood vessels in your skin thatoccurs in response to repeated exposure
to cold weather. Chilblains condition looks something like this.
It usually takes one to three weeks to get relief from chilblains,but the
remedy that I’m going to share with you will give you relief in a day or two.
My husband usually suffer chilblains during winters and every time I have
used this hot oil remedy, it has always worked. To make this home remedy,
The hot oil.we need only three ingredients mustard oil
garlic and turmeric, mustard oil you can find it on Amazon or any Asian store
garlic and turmeric you can find it anywhere.
mustard oil has Pain relief,anti-inflammation and anti fungal
properties, turmeric has anti-inflammation properties and garlic
has antibacterial properties, to make the hot oil we will need, 2 tbsp of mustard
oil 3 cloves of garlic and 1 tsp of turmeric powder let’s start making the
hot oil take a pan which you can heat put 2 tbsp of mustard oil 3 cloves of garlic very finely crushed and 1
teaspoon of turmeric powder in it, mix all the ingredients together really well
then put this pan on medium flame keep heating it.
This oil will be very hot but you will have to heat it up in medium flame. My hot oil is ready.
Now I will give it some standing time and I will keep checking it,
in some time it should be warm enough to be touched
by my fingers. Now my oil is warm enough to be used now, I will show you how to
apply it.Take a cotton swab dip it in this warm oil and apply it on the
affected area gently do not rub it because that place is already in pain so
do not rub it then wear a warm gloves or a warm socks
apply this warm oil every eight hours. See that you warm this oil again, before
