Meet Ens. Leonardo O. Cos Jr, but people call him “Damaso”. A 72 year old Vietnam Veteran and a Retired Philippine Navy-Coast Guard from Tubigon, Bohol.
He was assigned in Vietnam for 2 years and during that time acquired a rare skin disease. He got over exposed with war chemicals which led to severe itching of his right foot.
He tried a lot of different skin medications but none seem to work. He even tried relieving the itchiness with hot water. He also visited a doctor who recommended his right foot to be cut and diagnosed it as diabetes.
While browsing through the newspaper one day he found an ad about a skin solution. Damaso asked his wife to buy a vial in Bohol and immediately applied it on his foot. After a couple of days the skin disease he was suffering for 32 years completely disappeared.
Damaso finally got his normal foot back!
