One of the most common questions I get is whether you should juice the peels of fruits and vegetables.

Organic produce : after washing well, the peel often contains valuable nutrients, so I usually keep it on.
Non-organic produce: the peel is where residues can collect, so it’s often wiser to peel or be more cautious.
💦Juicing concentrates what’s in the produce, so preparation matters. Small, wise choices can make a big difference in supporting overall health and caring for our bodies well.
