In today’s video, I’m sharing a few of my favorite extra-hydrating raw drinks and the powerful benefits they provide for your skin and overall health.

These raw fruits and vegetables are rich in:
💦deep hydration
💦antioxidants
💦skin-supporting vitamins
💦inflammation-fighting nutrients
💦detox + digestive support

I also love boosting hydration by adding spring water and/or coconut water, because true glow starts from within, this is truly drinking your skincare.

In this video, I used these ingredients to make a few Hydrating Raw Drinks like:

• Celery
• Pineapple
• Parsley
• Green Apple
• Ginger
• Lemon
• Kale
• Purple Cabbage
• Cucumber
• Beets

🍍 Important Note: If you have eczema-prone or sensitive hands, it’s a must to wear gloves when handling pineapple, because the natural enzymes and acidity can irritate broken skin.

➡️Juicing Tip: I highly recommend using a slow juicer instead of a high-speed juicer, because slow juicers preserve more nutrients and living enzymes.

Healthy skin isn’t only about what you apply on the outside… it’s also about what you nourish your body with on the inside.
