Celery juice is rich in antioxidants and nutrients that help detoxify the body, reduce inflammation, and support healthy, glowing skin. The addition of lemon juice not only enhances the taste but also helps preserve the juice’s freshness.
Making celery juice without a juicer is incredibly easy and totally worth it! Simply blend chopped celery with some water, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and cheesecloth. This method is quick, requires minimal equipment, and still delivers all the health benefits of fresh celery juice.
