Eczema & Dermatitis

Dermatitis is itchy rash or sores that has tiny bubbles that can ooze a clear liquid. It’s best to use simple Un-perfumed products(often baby products) along with prescription hydrocortisone cream. Make sure you see a dermatologist for the correct prescription as som work better than others.

Avoid hot showers and baths.

There is no cure for Eczema but it can be manageable. It’s dry, flaky, often irritated red and itchy all at the same time it is contagious. It sits in the same family along with allergies, hay fever and asthma.

It’s best to avoid hot baths and showers and perfumed soaps and skin products. I like the A&D ointment found in the baby section of a pharmacy.
