My Positive Birth Story (Step By Step Explanation)



Let me walk you through how I had my natural and positive birth with my third baby. This was my second home birth but my first water birth and my first time having back labor throughout the entirety of labor. Giving birth at home means you don’t have access to an epidural or other pain medications- a natural birth is your only option. However, regardless of whether you’re giving birth in the hospital where you do have access to those interventions, it’s important to know what you can do to empower yourself and cope with labor contractions when you’re having a baby. FYI- pain medications don’t always work!

If you’re preparing for birth, it’s in your best interest to have tools when giving birth that help you find comfort naturally. In this video, I talk about early labor through the birth of our baby and tips you can use along the way to help create a positive birth story for yourself.
