I OFTEN get asked what skincare I use for my body and for flareups. In my experience, I rarely need to use medicated products because choosing high quality, hypoallergenic skincare products with herbal ingredients (not necessarily with essential oils, but they can be included) is medicine enough for my skin to calm down and bounce back.
