How to treat eczema?
* Pag makati,huwag kamutin,kuskusin o kutkutin instead kumuha ng Ice o Yelo at ilapat sa affected area to relieve itchiness.
*Kapag maligo dapat 5-7 mins lang at gumamit ng hypoallergenic ng mga sabon,mga baby soap,mild soap. Ex. Johnson’s baby bath soap(pink) dove soap,cetaphil antibacterial soap.
*Palaging e moisturize ang balat, gumamit ng Johnson’s baby lotion (pink) cetaphil lotion, o petroleum jelly para hindi mag dry ang balat.
*Gumamit ng any brand ng Topical Ointment para sa sugat ng eczema para mag heal ka agad.
Umiinom ng Antihistamine 1-2 times a day ( morning and night ( Loratadine Claritin) over the counter lang po ito.
*Gumamit ng Apollo Sebo de Macho kapag completely na nag heal na ang sugat para mag lighten ang piklat.
*Uminom ng maraming tubig at iwasan ang pag kain ng mga itlog,manok,daing, crabs,shrimps, squids etc. Kasi napansin ko na nakapag trigger ang mga Yan ng eczema.
