Dry patch on hand could be due to Ultra Violet Rays which is called PMLE due to sun allergy.Only moisutrizers don’t help and repeated use of sunscreens are needed. The other could be contact allergy due to allergy from watches, jewelleries which needs to be identified and avoided.
