Bathing With Eczema (Reduce Stinging Pain While Healing Rashes Better)

Bathing with eczema! Ooh, the thought makes me shudder sometimes. If you have an open flare/wound, it can sting like a ________ (insert bleep of choice lol).

It is not just jumping in and jumping out. It is going into a battle of needing to remain hygienic while feeling like a million tiny needle arrows are firing at you at the same time. The pain can be enough to make one avoid it for as long as possible until wounds are more dry, closed and healed up.

But, if you can’t wait or have waited long enough and are still afraid of that stinging pain, I share some tips in this video that have consistently helped me to lower the sensation of pain while also treating the rashes.

I also have these tips written out in blog-form on www.AtopicDermatitis.Net. Check it out at

Hope they help you as much as they’ve helped me! Happy bathing!

Thank you for watching and wishing you much healing!
