HOME REMEDY #1

1) TEA TREE OIL-

BEGIN BY RUBBING TEA TREE OIL
ON A COTTON SWAB AS IT IS A
NATURAL ANTISEPTIC OIL.

IT IS ONE OF THE BEST ATHLETE’S FOOT HOME REMEDY.

HOME REMEDY #2

2) ALOE VERA GEL-

AFTER RUBBING WITH TEA TREE
OIL,APPLY A MIXTURE OF ALOE
VERA GEL AND TURMERIC.

MIX 1 TEASPOON OF ALOE VERA
GEL WITH 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC
AND APPLY SOME OF THE MIXTURE.

TRY IT TWICE A DAY FOR ATLEAST
2 WEEKS.

USE OLD PAIR OF SOCKS TO AVOID
DISCOLORATION.

HOME REMEDY #3

3) NEEM OIL-

WASH YOUR FEET WITH NEEM
SOAP.THEN DRY THOROUGHLY
WITH A HAIR DRIER OR SOFT
TOWEL AND APPLY SOME NEEM OIL
(ABOUT1/4 TEASPOON) MIXED WITH
10 DROPS OF TEA TREE OIL.

APPLY THAT MIXTURE TOPICALLY
TO THE AFFECTED AREA WITH A
COTTON SWAB.

DO’S & DON’T

1) AVOID FERMENTED FOOD AND SUGAR.
2) DON’T WEAR THE SAME PAIR OF
SHOE EVERYDAY.
3) KEEP YOUR FEET DRY
ESPECIALLY BETWEEN THE TOES.
4) WEAR LIGHT,WELL VENTILATED
SHOES MADE OF VINYL OR RUBBER.
5) WEAR WATERPROOFSANDALS
OR SHOES AROUND PUBLIC POOLS
,SHOWERS OR LOCKERS ROOM.
6) CHANGE SOCKS REGULARLY.
7) DON’T SHARE SHOES.
