This is an exfoliation type of Moisturizer. I was getting frustrated at work because staff would not lotion patients. Found this cream, I can put it on a patient and be off for 4 days come back and the patients skin still looks Moisturized. This also works wonders for those who have the bumps on the upper arms. Aldactone will make those bumps disappear and produce glowing, soft, moisturized skin. Must have for those with eczema or psoriasis.
