When I was 10 years old, my father died of a heart attack due to a clogged artery in his heart. Ever since then, I’ve dealt with high cholesterol myself despite exercise and watching my diet. But only a few years ago, did I decide to be better with myself and take care of my health more closely. I started running and exercising and more recently became a Vegan. I believe that the mind and the body are connected, therefore, an approach to well-being must take care of both.
