Stop The Eczema Itch – 5 Things I Do Each Day

Stop the eczema itch! First thing is to get off of steroid creams, Taking dead sea salt baths, No Dairy, soaps and shampoos, and clothing material.

Hi everyone I’m Josh and this is Josh right, piano TV. This episode was a little out of the norm. It’s, not a piano tutorial. Today I wanted to discuss healing eczema. I have struggled with eczema my whole life, but over the last three years I’ve found some solutions that have caused me to no longer need to really use any moisturizers to completely get rid of any flares.

When the weather’s. Changing and some things that I hope can help you in your journey to stop The Eczema Itch. I’ve, noticed that my old eczema, video, the top 10 things to Hill eczema, when I was kind of at the height of suffering, has been getting a ton of views lately.

I’m guessing it’s because of the change of the weather a lot of times when the weather changes people start to have eczema flaring up, and I have some solutions for you today. I’ve, boiled them down to five things that I do at this point to keep my eczema clear, and these can certainly help you if you start to get eczema or are in the throes of suffering with eczema.

So I hope today, the tips that i share to stop The Eczema Itch can help you. The first thing is to get off of steroid creams. That is the hardest thing to do. It took me a full nine months before I started feeling better and at month three after I stopped steroid creams.

I was in some of the worst pain of my life. My whole body was breaking out suffering at degree that I’d, never really suffered before physically. You feel, like your whole body, is on fire at all times so, but I can promise you it’s worth it, because what those steroid creams are doing.

Is they’re masking your body’s, natural immune response? So they they calm down your body’s, immune response to certain elements, either in your environment or in your diet, and that’s, just a mask for what is actually going on.

My first tip

So you need to find solutions outside of steroid creams that will help stop The Eczema Itch. If you look up the term TSW online, you’re gonna find a lot of really horrendous photos and very sad photos of people going through topical steroid withdrawal is what that stands for so putting steroid creams on your skin and then withdrawing from Those can be very painful, but it is helpful because if you keep putting those steroid creams on it’s just going to make the problem worse in the long run, so that’s my first tip out of the five tips today.

The second tip

The second tip is amazing: it is taking dead sea salt baths. This is called manera, mi n ER, a I’ll link all these products that I’m talking about in the description below just Amazon links.

What I’ll do at this point, is I’ll? Take a warm sea salt bath every two or three days, and I put three cups in a you know: a bath that’s about three quarters of the way full you can put four cups in I don’t know.

If I’d, go much more than that, but I also would not do one cup it’s. Not gonna hurt you to do three cups in there I’ve, actually noticed. This has helped cure my little daughter. She’s, two years old now and she started having a little patch of eczema on the back of her leg and she was always itching it and we did one of these paths and then she started to get better and no longer itch.

So, each time she starts itching anywhere, we’ll. Just do one of these dead sea salt baths. We don’t do that every week with her or you know, every three days like I mentioned for myself, but I do this every two or three days just to keep everything at bay.

I notice, like I get hand eczema, sometimes at this point. Just with the really cold dry weather, it will start to get dry. It’s, not like bad flare-ups like I used to get, but and after one bath it feels better.

So that is seriously helpful and this brand I did a lot of research and I think that manera brand is the best brand. It comes right from the Dead Sea. It gets to you fast. I just buy a box of sixty pounds worth.

This is a twenty pound bag. So, as of today, I think a twenty pound bags, like forty bucks, but if you get three of those it’s like $ 100, and that lasts me for quite a few months and honestly that’s like some of the best Money I spend because it keeps me sane and knotting.

The second thing I’d, like to remind each of you of.

The third thing

The third thing is to not eat a lot of dairy. I notice when I drink milk or eat ice cream or eat a lot of cheese, or something like that.

My skin can flare up again, so just be careful to watch your diet to assist and stop The Eczema Itch. I also don’t eat nearly as much meat as I used to. I actually went vegan for about six months and now to get my protein. I use this stuff called or gain organic protein powder.

I’ll, also link that in this description below, if you feel like you’re, not getting enough protein on a vegan diet, I can’t eat any nuts, because I’m allergic to nuts, so vegan Diets really tough for me, because I’m allergic to so many things that are on the vegan diet, but that can really help as well so cut out the dairy and try maybe not eating as much meat.

I noticed when I went vegan for those six to eight months or, however long it was my skin completely didn’t have really any issues at all either and now that I’m eating a little bit of meat back in my Diet, the Baths just keep it at bay.

I found that I was feeling a little bit weak when I wasn’t eating meat, so that was just my own personal preference. So now, when I work out, I’ll just eat that organic vegan protein powder, and that feels like okay, I feel better now.

The fourth thing

The fourth thing that I want to talk about is just this shampoo. I know a lot of, and I use this as body wash too. This is just called free and clear, shampoo and conditioner. It’s like ten dollars a bottle, so it’s, not the cheapest stuff, but it’s.

Not terribly expensive either, and that was recommended to me by an amazing dermatologist, cheryl eber ting, and that has helped so much i don’t have any type of dandruff anymore. My head doesn’t itch and it complete, like i, don’t, get itchy from that type of body wash either.

So i would just recommend using the shampoo as your body wash as well, that can help stop The Eczema Itch and to relieve some of the itching pain as well. The last thing that i want to talk about is we’ve talked about diet, we’ve talked about remedies to calm down the itching with the dead sea salt baths getting off steroid creams.

The fifth thing

The last thing is looking what you put on your body so like what kind of clothing you use, some people find that cotton clothing, not like polyester spandex, sometimes helps don’t wear super tight clothing.

It’s all personalized, but I do use this stuff. This is just called all free. This is in the u.s. it’s very popular, but just try to get a laundry detergent that is free of any dyes or perfumes. Those can really help because some of those dyes and perfumes can be agitated.

Also, I don’t wear any type of Cologne. I obviously use deodorant, but I wouldn’t recommend using cologne or perfume as some of those chemicals can cause. Your skin to react as well, so I hope those five things can help again get off the steroid creams.

The next line of defense

The next line of defense, I think, is those dead sea salt baths, switching your diet up, maybe switching to some organic protein powder or maybe trying vegetarian diet for a while get off of so much meat and and avoid that dairy as much as possible.

Dairy is just terrible. I’ve noticed for my skin number. Four is the free and clear, shampoo and number five is the free and clear sorry all free laundry detergents. So I hope that helps each of you. I wish you all quick healing of your eczema.

I hope these tips can heal your eczema again. I didn’t, say cure, because I think this is something we all have to maintain. If you do have a tendency to have eczema, you may have that the rest of your life, but these things keep mine completely under control.

I used to have cracking and bleeding all through here and you can see today it’s. A hundred percent clear – and this is normal – I don’t – have flares anymore. It’s amazing, so I wanted to share that with each of you have a great week, I’ll.
