This recipe has been passed down through generations from my parents, my TCM doctor, and now I’ll show you how to make it! It’s one of the easiest recipes, and my go-to for when you have stomach and digestion issues and are feeling dry 😵💫
Growing up this was actually one of my favorite soups that both my parents would make very often, and I loved it because as a kid I loved the sweetness of corn, and this soup didn’t have any “weird” herbal ingredients. But it’s also a classic you’ll see in a lot of Chinese families.
