Relieve allergies with your skincare #shorts

Tell us about your allergies – are they bad rn? Comment what you need help with most! These are common points used in acupuncture to treat sinus congestion, headache, itchy watery eyes, aka many common allergy symptoms. Use them when you apply your skincare 2x day so that you give them ample stimulation to work.

Some of you may feel instant relief, but the symptoms come back later. No worries, the effects are cumulative, so keep going! Repeat them daily or as needed to combat your symptoms, and give your skin that blood flow glow! If these don’t quite do the trick for you, check out our Allergies Collection Tab for other points that might serve you better.
