Let chill warm off ……get pen out before your shot…to let it warm up a little. It should be stored in refrigerator but if you inject it ice cold, that will be uncomfortable a little.

open pen in correct order. If you do not take off caps in #1, then #2 order it will dispense medication prematurely. and then it won’t be inside your body helping you.
