ECZEMA TIPS FOR NIGHT TIME

1. Cover their hands with mittens or use pyjamas with hand covering

2. Use cotton pyjamas. These are perfect for absorbing any excess sweat and are soft against the skin

3. Ensure the temperature of the room is cool. Getting the temperature of the room perfect is key. Too hot and this can induce sweating and in turn itching and irritability or too cold and this can cause an unnecessary wake up call.

4. Use a cotton blanket. I use cellular blankets as these are breathable and prevent sweating.
