This body butter made of organic, raw shea butter has worked wonders for our three boys who have eczema. They now rarely get flare ups, and when they do, the flare ups are not as severe as they used to be. In fact, they are very mild. Best of all, the flare ups disappear quite quickly due to the anti-inflammatory and very hydrating qualities of shea butter. You don’t have to mix it with coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil like I did here. Even on its own, raw shea butter is quite good. The extra oils just give it that extra oomph. 🙂 We apply it on our kids’ faces twice a day. I also like to slather it on my hands (together with the amazing Queen Elisabeth Cocoa Butter), especially at bedtime, to rehydrate them after a day of cleaning the home and sanitizing while out and about. It works wonders for my hands.
