Betnovate-N Cream is a strong and rapidly effective treatment for inflamed skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis in which infection may be a problem. We have been using betnovate n cream for many years but I have never used it on pimples, acne or acne scars before. After my friend recommended it to me, I did a quick search and found out that some people have been using it for acne and eczema too.
