The following is the aftercare for this meditative session.
Aftercare for RTT Clients
During a Rapid Transform Therapy session, you will have inevitably uncovered some outdated beliefs that have now been eradicated and replaced with more powerful, positive and empowering ones, enabling you to move forward in the manner of your choice.
As a result of this, both your mind and body need a way to expel these old beliefs and programmes and rebalance themselves.
As with all therapies, we suggest that you drink plenty of water after your session and in the days to follow, allowing any toxins to flow from your body.
As with most things in life, everyone’s experiences following an RTT session is different, but the following are symptoms that some clients have noticed and therefore may be experienced by you.
• The need to urinate more frequently
• Lucid dreams
• Skin peeling/shedding following an eczema session
• An unsettled stomach or nausea
• Headaches
• Insomnia
• Low mood
• Anxiousness
• Feeling that it hasn’t worked at all
• Anger
• Irritation
• Lack of motivation
• Resistance to change
• Feeling Emotional
Please don’t be alarmed by the above list, it has been compiled from a number of client and therapist’s experiences. You are unlikely to experience more than a couple of these symptoms, if any and if you do so, they typically only last a day or 2. Having held onto toxic thoughts and/or behaviours for many years, your mind and body need a way to let go, so if you do observe any of these, know that this is a good indication that changes are happening.
You may also experience feelings of unexplained joy, increased energy and being much more positive, but I’m sure none of these will be of concern.
It’s also helpful to know that the mind likes what is familiar and therefore you may feel some degree of resistance but by continue to listen to your recording for the full 21 days, this resistance will pass and your new beliefs will be cemented into your subconscious.
For best results please listen to this audio every day for 21 days in a row. If you feel like you mind is dragging your backwards, listen to the audio MORE.
DO NOT listen when driving or using any machinery. Pay attention for subtle and big changes to come.
