PLEASE follow all saftey precautions while making soap. If you have never worked with sodium hydroxide, or made soap before, please consider taking a begginer course before proceeding.

Here are the recipes used in this video in % (and the oz I’m using for my mold size)
Each batch has the same additives: 1 tsp sugar (disolved in water before adding lye), Silk fibers (melted in the lye water), 3 tsp sodium lactate (added to lye water), 1 tsp Colloidal Oats, 1 tsp Kaolin Clay, 1 T French Green Clay + 1/2 tsp Spirulina powder (for color swirl portion).

Recipe #1:
50% Olive oil ( 24 oz)
30% Coconut oil (14.4 oz)
10% Sustainable Palm oil ( 4.8 oz)
5% Castor oil (2.4 oz)
5% Cocoa Butter (2.4 oz)
6.82 oz sodium hydroxide/ lye (for a 5% superfat)
12 oz total liquid/ water… (at 25% water to oils)

Recipe #2:
55% Olive oil (26.4 oz)
30% Coconut oil (14.4 oz)
5% Castor oil (2.4 oz)
5% Shea Butter (2.4 oz)
5% Cocoa Butter (2.4 oz)
6.77 oz sodium hydroxide/ lye (for 5% superfat)
12 oz total liquid

Recipe #3:
50% Olive oil (24 oz)
27% Coconut oil (13 oz)
10% Shea Butter (4.8 oz)
8% Hempseed oil (3.8 oz)
5% Castor oil (2.4 oz)
6.7 sodium hydroxide/ lye (for 5% superfat)
12 oz total liquid

Recipe #4:
50% Olive oil (24 oz)
30% Coconut oil (14.4 oz)
15% Sustainable Palm (7.2 oz)
5% Castor oil (2.4 oz)
6.8 oz sodium hydroxide/ lye (for 5% superfat)
12 oz total liquid
