How to Get Rid of Dyshidrotic Eczema

Dyshidrotic Eczema
Atopic dermatitis also call pompholyx
How to live with dyshidrotic eczema
Intro
No cure according to the nationaleczema.org but it is manageable, Symptoms blisters like thing in your skin especially on the hands, palms, fingers, soles of your feet
Treatments creams, ointment, steroids, go to dermatologist, maybe later talk about allergist
My experience
Started in college, I thought it was all the chemicals, environment my body went through
Physical changes from high school to college (2008-2009) especially physically, went from swimming all the day/beach/sun to indoors/AC/gym life altered my diet as well
built some small wrist rash at first on my right hand and thought it would go away, it did as I put some cream(I think it was steroid I forgot) but then it came back because I scratched the key is to not scratch, I wore a suit when I sleep to not scratch for years up until probably this year I stopped
The itch was painful all day and night
Everyday I fucking prayed and I still do because you know why does this happen to me/us but everyone has problems and luckily to be alive and learn to deal with it, live with it
Treatment
chronic, watch what you eat, your lifestyle, environment, so many factors it endless, stress
diet, rest/sleep, exercise/work out, try to live stress free, don’t think about it, if it comes, don’t think about it knowing it will go away within days to weeks,
apple cider vinegar, turmeric, fiber fruits and veggies, try to avoid chemically products because your hand touches almost everything when you’re washing your hands, hair, body, metal etc, you never know whats out there and be careful
find your reaction mine, I found recently because I was like I don’t eat that bad anymore went vegetarian and that helped but wanted to meat again so I just stick to chicken and fish sometimes I crave ice cream and stuff or pizza
I think I found it what reacts but I could be wrong but maybe it’s the dairy or not I’m not sure
I can my vitamins in the morning, full glass of water, multi, flaxseed oil which has fish oil, but omega 3-6-9, b complex, calcium, vitamin c, vitamin d, garlic, turmeric, probiotic, prebiotics
The reason your body causes inflammation/breakouts is because of your immune system, some have good and some weak ones, you got to work 10x hard than anybody else right, this needs to be routine, you want to have once like go out and drink yeah its no problem because you want to enjoy life but don’t over do it it’ll make things worst as always
Olive oil, stick clean plain foods, get plenty of rest 6-8 hrs is the best, workout/exercise, eat good, try to be worry free, make sure your bowel movements are working properly, you maybe going more than you’re used to, like probably 3-5 times a day, drink a lot of water, hydrate, about a gallon for me, good to piss out the toxins
Daily life, routine, needs to be kind of consistent, requires a lot of discipline, apply aloe vera, natural ointment, cocoa butter, tea tree oil, but I like aloe vera the best, get the one without alcohol so it doesn’t irritate your skin/burn.
