Nasal polyps are the worst! I’ve suffered from chronic sinus issues my whole life, and nasal polyps more recently, but I haven’t had an issue for over a year now and I attribute a large part of that to essential oils. I’ve used oils several times to get rid of polyps, and I show a home movie in this as an example. In this video I also give a brief background on sinus infections, biofilms, and I discuss the oils I used and some of the strategies I have employed.
