My seborrheic dermatitis skin care routine 🧴
-I start with adding my medicated ketoconazole shampoo on my damp face and let it sit for 5-10 mins
-make sure to cleanse after I use – La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Facial Cleanser
-wait for it to sink in the skin and then I add my serum.
I use BYOMA clarifying serum since it contains zinc.
-once that is absorbed I moisturize my skin with La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer.
-then I use my medicated Ketoconazole cream 2% and put that over my really bad dry spots.
-lastly, Add some vaseline to lock in the moisture on those bad problem areas!
