Hi everyone! I’m back! I’m back! I’m back!
…but with lots of eczema patches. 🙁
Sooo, this’ll show you how I deal with this issue.

**Please note, this is for ACTIVE ITCHING ONLY. It’s a good idea to slap on some regular moisturizer when you’re not using this cream because zinc dries out the skin. You could even make a batch of this with all the same ingredients – just exclude the zinc – and use that as your moisturizer when you’re not actively itching.

If it’s really hot where you live, it might be a better idea to put the melted mixture into the freezer for about 40 minutes and then start whipping. We want the cream to be solid enough so that it holds its shape.

Summary of materials:
1) electric whisk or beater
2) container to store the cream in
3) 73 g shea butter
4) 36 g avocado oil
5) 73 g coconut oil
6) 25 g zinc oxide

Thanks for watching!
