Hey everyone. Here is a peak into my evening as a single mom to a 6 year old daughter. I made a delicious and easy dinner with naan bread, greek inspired ingredients that would also make a perfect summer lunch idea! My routine after putting Sydney to bed is to clean up the house and set out things for the next day. I am also trying to stick to some sort of skincare and actually wash my face before bed these days.
