I use this Rice Water to wash my face in the morning and at night, I just splash it on my face a couple times after using my cleanser. I’ve been using Rice Water as a face wash for almost 3 months now. At first I saw no difference, but after using it consistently, I’ve seen a massive difference.
My skin is so much brighter, it doesn’t look as dull and it’s definitely a lot softer. Rice water is the only thing I use that consistently keeps my skin bright and clear.
This rice water face wash toner is very beneficial for the skin. It is full of minerals and amino acids, including ferulic acid which is a powerful antioxidant that contains anti inflammatory properties.
In addition to being one of the most gentle skin cleansing agents, rice water contains vitamins B1, C and E, which together can shrink pores, tighten, brighten and soften skin.
Rice water promotes cell growth, stimulates blood flow in the skin and the starch components in rice water are very effective in easing eczema.
Also, ancient East Asian women are famous for using rice water in their hair and bathing in it, which is why they had very strong long hair and beautiful, white glowing skin.
