Mango custard Pudding Recipe – Mango and Dry Fruit Custard Indian Style, mango custard recipe with mango pulp, mango custard from scratch

Ingredients
Ripe Mango (पके आम) – 2 (600 gms)
Vanilla Custard Powder (वनीला कस्टर्ड पाउडर)- 2 tbsp (20 gms)
Sugar(चीनी)- 1/2 cup (100 gms)
Grapes (अंगूर) – 1/2 cup
Pomegranate (अनार) – 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream (ताजा क्रीम) – 1 cup (200 gms)
Chopped Cashew (काजू) – 1/4 cup
Almonds (बादाम)- 8 to 10 tbsp
Pistachios(पिस्ते) – 15 to 20
Milk (दूध) – 1/2 ltr
1. Grind sugar and make a fine powder. Then add chopped mangoes, grind and make a fine paste. Then add custard powder and grind it with them.
2. Grease the plate with ghee. Put the mixture in the pan and add water to it. Mix well.
3. Now turn on the flame and cook it. Stir continuously. Keep the flame medium. Keep stirring it till it thickens.
4. Now add ghee little by little and keep stirring and cooking it. When the ghee is absorbed add chopped cashews and cardamom powder. Mix well. Turn off the flame.
5. Take it out in the greased tray. Garnish with melon seeds and press lightly. Keep the mixture set for half an hour.
6. After half an hour, cut the pieces and take them out on a plate. Serve and enjoy the taste.
