How he lost 160 Pounds going Vegan, changed his life and ran a marathon



Anthony Masiello lost a huge amount of weight; 160 pounds by changing over to a Whole food plant based Vegan Diet and he has never looked back.

He drastically improved his health from morbidly obese to running a marathon, healing his eczema, lowering his blood pressure and cholesterol and he now lives his dream life with his beautiful family while he remains active and he continues to thrive.
Changing his diet to become wholefood plant based and mostly Salt, Oil and Sugar/Sweetener Free, completely changed the direction of his life and his career.
