I use a microfiber towel in circular motions and it removes the scales and the excess flakes from the hair rather quickly. It takes me about an hour to do the entire head this includes each square. This treatment is done for us about once a week. Also the environment, hairstyle manipulation and stress levels reacts differently and can cause the scalp to be worse in some cases.
I like to style the hair loosely and apply minimum products to prevent buildup in the hair.
