Oat Milk Alternative:
• 30g Oats
•300ml Water
Soak Oats for a minimum of 4 hours or use hot water, then strain.

So oats have amazing benefits for skin – not only are they extremely moisturising and repair your skin’s barrier making them great for dry skin. But they actually have soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, which also helps those who have sensitive or irritable skin.
