Mango Leaf Tea And The Health Benefits



Ingredients
About 6 or more mango leaves( you can boil any mango leaf) The leaves can also be dried then boil.
Roughly 5 cups water
Sweetener of your choice.

I love mango but never thought to boil the leaves until recently. It’s amazing how the treatments for common illnesses can be found in our backyard.
I will share more tea recipes.

🍃Health benefits of mango Leaf :

The leaves are Rich in vitamins C,B and A. They are also rich in flavonoids which impart anti-oxidant to remove unwanted toxins from the body.

This tea has a soothing effect which helps to treat anxiety.

Mango leaves helps to treat of respiratory problems and is useful for people suffering from the common cold, bronchitis and asthma.

It helps to regulate blood pressure and prevent hypertension.
Helps to manage diabetes by stimulating insulin production.

Aides in weight loss: They contain the enzyme papain, which speeds up digestion. It also increases the production of the hormone leptin and regulates the accumulation of fats in the body and eliminates it.

🍃The leaves can also be dried then boiled to make tea or consume in a powdered form. You can also allow the tea to fully cool and drink it throughout the day as you would water. ( Not to replace water but alongside with water).

Mango leaves has no side effects but you still want to consume this in moderation.
