Want to know how to treat and heal nail psoriasis at home? These are my nail psoriasis treatments that I use at home. I show you my nail psoriasis symptoms and what I do to treat the psoriasis under my fingernails. I show photos on my psoriasis and talk about the diet, lifestyle and medications I use to treat my nail psoriasis. At the moment, my psoriasis is having a flareup and is getting worse as I have recently come off of methotrexate. Since then my nail psoriasis has come back so give a little update and also talk about my nail psoriasis story time about using acrylic and gel nails.

I’ve taken a week to disconnect from social media and really educate myself on the Black Lives Matter movement and identity politics surrounding race and more. I’ve been reading ‘how to be an antiracist’ by Ibram Kendi and really recommend it. I felt like I should have uploaded a video on BLM but felt that I couldn’t produce a video great enough for the magnitude of the current situation. Everyone has different roles to play and I thought that for myself the best thing that I could do is educate myself and have conversations with family members and friends. I will carry on doing so and I will now be uploading at my regular schedule again 🙂
