Detox parasite & metal to clear your skin :
You need to understand parasite and metal have a synergistic relationship- they use the metal found in found like fish, coffee, etc to protect themselves and their eggs.
If you eat processed sugar/ food – meat & fish ( which is essentially flesh decomposing in your body) chances are at some point in your life you MUST detox

I do cycle of 7 to 10 days on and 7 to 10 days off for 2- 3 months. This way you make sure to remove any parasite and eggs as well as pulling metal out of your skin tissue properly.
