In this video I am discussing seborrheic dermatitis in detail. It is a common issue that I see and often seborrheic dermatitis can be made worse by the application of oils, braiding gels, creams, and edge controls to the scalp. In this video I’m going to discuss some practical techniques to help with seborrheic dermatitis so you aren’t seeing so many flakes pop up and irritate the scalp. As always, I would recommend seeing a dermatologist for assistance and to ensure that you specifically don’t have something like eczema, or psoriasis of the scalp, as those can often be confused for seborrheic dermatitis, and each one has different treatment options and solutions.
