If there is one big tool that I can share with you as being the key, if not a major key in figuring our how to hack your eczema, it is to notice and write down your PATTERNS. When do you get triggered? When do you heal? What food makes you worse? Better? Same for cosmetics? Fabrics you wear? Environments you work or live in? Travel? Climate? Question EVERYTHING. Observe EVERYTHING. THIS is the key to becoming your own expert on your skin. Because most people who have lived with eczema for at least over 3 months (including myself), in the beginning, try meeting with all kinds of dermatologists, doctors, etc. and do not gotten a 100% success rate that completely got rid of your eczema. That is because it is something that is very vast with a wide range of expressions for a variety of reasons that are also affected by your genetics. So, in the meantime, who’s more of an expert on you than yourself? Open your eyes, take in your life, your patterns and REALLY look at what’s happening. The clues are there. You just have to put the puzzle pieces together to see the big picture.
