It can be due to an irritation reaction that has healed with a hypopigmentation that is a light discoloration, it could be due to secondary to the use of condoms. Condoms are latex and can cause latex allergy. So it can give rise to itching, rash or allergy or a small light colored rash. There could be depigmentation of the skin die to allergy, vitiligo, or allergic reaction called as leucoderma which can give rise to hypopigmentation. So treatment is according to the cause. When there is lightening of the skin where the hair is not there, there color might take some time to come back. We can also do skin grafting in the area to even out the colour.
