Diet:
Increase consumption of food with:

✅ Vitamin C – Lemon, amla, guavas, and broccoli
✅ Vitamin E – Sunflower oil, almonds, peanuts, and avocados
✅ Zinc – Legumes, nuts, wholegrains, mushrooms
✅ Omega 3 Fatty acids – Flax seeds, walnuts, salmon, eggs
Skincare:
✅ Wash your face multiple times throughout the day.
✅ Moisturise your skin daily, it helps keep sebum production in check.
✅ Apply turmeric, sandalwood, neem or manjishtha pastes on the face regularly.
Exercise:
✅ Indulge in work outs best fit for your dosha, at least 4-5 days a week!
