Please be advised, I am not a doctor I am simply sharing with you my personal experience using castor oil!
Note: before trying castor oil rub a small amount on skin to ensure you do have an allergic reaction to it, although castor oil relatively safe, some people have had an allergic reaction to it.
It’s important to know that ingesting castor oil can have some side effects such as diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and dehydration due to its strong laxative effect…I myself don’t ingested castor oil, I do however recall as a child my mom giving us a Tbsp of it to get rid of parasites.
Ingesting large amounts may also result in nausea and vomiting. Allergic reactions are rare but possible.
I mostly use it Externally with the exception I do use it as an ear drops to rid of earaches, I do however use it topically on my skin… I have never had a reaction to it, but that doesn’t mean that you won’t ;so please be respectful when trying new herbs, salve, tinctures as some might experience irritation.
****Pregnant women should avoid using it internally as it may induce labor. It’s crucial to use castor oil inife moderation and consult with a healthcare professional, especially if considering it for medicinal purposes.
