WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PMU?
Although PMU is fantastic for most people, there are some individuals who are not eligible for the procedure. We do not provide PMU for the following:
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
-under 18 yrs old
-pregnant or nursingdiabetes, glaucoma or on blood thinning medications
-transmittable blood disease (HIV, hepatitis, etc.)
-skin cancer
-skin condition near the treatment area (i.e. acne, shingles, psoriasis, rashes, eczema)
-undergoing chemotherapy; immune deficiency
-keloid scarring or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
-hemophilia or bleeding disorders
-severe acne, taking medications like Accutane or steroids
-allergic to alcohol or numbing agents/ topical anesthetics
-heart problems, healing disorders, uncontrolled high blood pressure
-allergic to ink pigments
-botox/fillers within past 2 weeks
-have a dark, dense, discoloured or large pre-existing eyebrow tattoo/microblading.
