Your body is ALWAYS speaking to you in different ways. One of the loudest ways being through the skin since you can physically see it at all times.

These skin issues often stem from an overload of toxins in the body as a result of consuming processed foods, “conventionally” grown produce (drenched in pesticides), toxic personal care and hygiene products, toxic household cleaners, medications, excessive alcohol, drugs, and so much more.
When your liver and other primary detox organs (like the kidneys and lymph) become overwhelmed with such high amounts of toxins, the skin steps in to help remove those toxins from the innermost parts of the body to help maintain homeostasis. The body works to keep these toxins away from vital organs like the heart and lungs by forcing themselves out through the skin in the form of whiteheads, eczema, pimples, and other rashes/outbreaks.
