Vitamin E is a strong antioxidant. So it is a very good molecule especially when you take internally rather than externally. On our skin not all the things that falls on your skin gets absorbed. Because if that happens, everything get s absorbed by our body. So we have a strong barrier that is made of fat and protein and it protects the skin from getting anything from inside. So naturally even some molecule that are beneficial to the health may not get benefited for the skin. So Vitamin E is also like that. It is a fat soluble vitamin and it is little bit dense. So when it is dense the molecule does not get absorbed very efficiently. So what happens with that molecule is it will only work like a moisturizer. Since it is fat soluble vitamin, naturally it works like it helps in hydrating the skin. Apart from that, the absorption is not so much. If you want to have the actual benefits of the Vitamin E, then taking it internally is good. You can apply Vitamin E pm the skin if you really have it. It comes as a soft gel , which you can burst and open and you c nappy on the skin. May of the creams contains Vitamin E. It is an addition be thing. It contains small quantity of Vitamin E, it also helps you. If you ask me for generally take Vitamin E it is going to help you because Vitamin E reduces the clotting tendencies, so when people are hypersensitive, elderly people to reduce the heart attack risk, Vitamin E is beneficial so what happens is it reduces the clotting. So if at all people gets hurt, and the bruising is more, so f you have a tendency for bruising don’t have excessive Vitamin E and if you are having any surgical procedures, do inform your doctor that you are having Vitamin E internally because of you are having Vitamin E, your doctor should be informed about that so if your doctor is not informed about that, then there can be a little it more of oozing and bleeding can happen. So this applies for our aesthetic procedures. If you are doing botulinum toxin procedures for relaxant of the wrinkles or you are doing fillers or PRP. So wherever there is a prick and the clotting is not happening, fast then there can be an ooze when there is a bruise. So take care of that. If you are having Vitamin E you can apply on the skin, but I would always tell , take it internally.
