Hey guys welcome back to my channel. I know there is a ton of things going on in the world right now and a huge shift is coming. There has already been a shift but a new wave of peace is on the way. So, I thought it would be a great time to make a video on “How to go vegan in 2020.” Its been 5 years since I took the leap into a Vegan/Plant based lifestyle. It has also been 3 years since I learned about ethical veganism, environmental awareness as a vegan. This lifestyle has undoubtedly change my life, and I have healed a golf ball sized tumor, lost 100 lbs +, and healed severe acne and eczema from living on plants. I want to support you on your journey to wellness and health, by giving you the tips and tricks that helped me go vegan, and stay vegan for 5 years. I was an overnight vegan, meaning I decided that one day, I was completely done with eating animals, and the products that came from animals. Ever since then, I made the shift to leave my old habits behind, and embark on a more healthy lifestyle and heal my body!!! I hope that this video helps someone out in the world who is struggling with a plant based lifestyle, or having second thoughts on if they want to commit to the lifestyle. So, here you go.
