I Accidentally Quit Coffee | Caffeine-free never going back | How to quit caffeine go caffeine free

Getting better sleep, and have less anxiety is just the beginning. I never thought I’d make a video about quitting coffee; in fact, I was excited to share the French Press routine that I’ve been doing for what feels like 10 years. I reference a James Hoffman video that’s only six years old, but it felt like 10 😉

In this video, I tell you how I accidentally quit coffee, and it’s been a real game-changer regarding how I feel and my energy levels. I read Caffeinated by Murrey Carpenter, Caffeine by Michael Pollan, Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker, and Caffeine Blues by Dr. Stephen Cherniske. I share two big realizations about coffee and caffeine but also a ton of information so you, too, can make an informed decision to quit coffee/caffeine OR at the very least, reduce how much you drink.

Also, I based a lot of what I share on the books I read, but I did come across some updated stats on coffee drinking in the United States. I say it’s 65% (from Caffeinated), but I think it’s up to 73%.

If you have any questions, just leave a comment. Thanks for watching!
