30 days on Carnivore Diet – experimenting to heal my IBS, leaky gut and bloat



So I’ve completed 30 days on carnivore diet 😳

Results so far have been pretty amazing 🤩

I lost 5 kg, my Bloat is much smaller, inflammation is going down. I have less pain in my stomach! I have no food cravings or flare ups!!!!

I’m eating twice a day usually big meals – atm only beef lamb and chicken and organs.

Did my bloood work too – it was perfect.

I fast 16-18 hours per day. So usually I eat at 11/12 and then 5/6 pm last Meal.

I don’t cheat no coffee no sweetener! Just salt and meat – I roast, fry, boil and use my pressure cooker so everything is very delicious and keeps you full and satisfied.

I eat fat on meat and all the skin as that’s what keeps you full!
I don’t count any calories or worry about how much I eat – only until I’m full! I listen to my body which I didn’t do before!

So far I’m impressed !!! Going to do another 30 days! 🥰
