Hi guys. I wanted to share with you how I healed my symptoms of leaky gut. Leaky gut syndrome can affect your entire body including causing depression and anxiety, fatigue and joint pain, sinus infections, skin and thyroid issues etc. I opted to take the natural remedy route and fixed it myself at home. Probiotics – active cultures should ideally be in the billions
Dr. Tobias Plant Based Digestive Enzymes
L Glutamine Powder – I used Protein Works
Try reducing gluten (wheat and barley products), spice, caffeine, chocolate, greasy foods, dairy and whatever other triggers you may have. Introduce more fresh fruits and vegetables. Replace vegetable oil with pure ghee, coconut, olive or avocado oil. Start taking bone broth. Avoid eating out for a while. Easy simple meals at home.
Get into action! Start some kind of workout or activity. Any exercise that challenges you. I love yoga and strength training.
Most importantly, listen to your body and relax. Things can get better.
